Twenty four (24) year old Kevano Musgrove, 24, of Halsmere Road, Highbury Park was charged yesterday with the murder of thirty four (34) year old David Bowleg. Musgrove's mother, fifty three (53) year old, Mary Chin Neely was also arraigned yesterday, accused of being an accessory after the fact, knowing full well that he was apart of a murder but assisted him in avoiding due justice.
